Pros

Great People easy working environment. Heavily tech focused and constantly learning about new technologies and get a chance to work on many different aspects of technology.

Cons

Bonus structure is not competitive in the industry. Performance reviews are not completed on the anniversary date of employment at the company. This is by request only.

Working in Green Tech and reducing energy wasted by data centers is great. Smart people with good hearts. Very little night and weekend work demanded.

Cons

An older demographic, less energy. Trying to sell hot new technology to old-school customers is hard.
