Systems and structure are changing to adapt to changes in customers and completion.

No pros to be honest

the pharmacy manager makes the job miserable. it is a fast paced work environment, lots of crazy customers, but she makes it even worse. she does not respect anyone, she will gossip and trash talk about you to other employees. if you have a question she will look at you like you are stupid. very passive aggressive. everyone there is aware of her terrible management, but no one says anything especially HR. all the employees hate it there.
