Pros
Great company; very diligent and pro-active when it comes to maintaining the charter fleet because the saftey and comfort of our customers is a top priority. They have a great training program, to not only help you get up to speed when joining the organaization. It keeps you up-to-date with the tools and knowledge needed to safely transport our customers as they tour this great country. As a driver we are provided with the information needed to adhere to DOT Regulatory requirements and the autonomy to make prudent decisions on the road to minimize travel distruptions. The company is very receptive to suggestions and feedback to improve employee working conditions. All in all, a great company to work for.
Cons
Compensation is generally very fair; however when any particular day on a multi-day trip exceeds the 12-13 hour on-duty cap it should be paid as a long day. There are frequent 2-3 day trips where this occurs but the current pay schedule only counts the days as regular pay.
