I have worked for Village for nearly seven years and have never had a complaint. They treat employees with respect and fairness. They operate with transparency regarding company decisions, expectations and compensation. They make you feel like you are a member a team rather than a "bot" to be manipulated at will.
Cons
Every job has them and Village is no exception. The job assignments sometimes involve unusual hours, long days and interference with holidays and weekends. It is the nature of the business.
