Pros

Pay/Overall management/most life balance approach to dispatching/equipment is the best- (I started my career 40 years ago with Trailways and every trip was a gamble it would end well equipment wise.) Techs party attention and listen when we have equipment questions or issues. Clean equipment, older equipment stays pristine in appearance.

Cons

Samsara is junk compared to Saucon due to redundancy and lack of provided large screen mounted in bus. Dealing with Paycom which is not user friendly regarding being able to track what I’m being paid for. Wearing of tie between Memorial Day and Labor Day due to heat issues.
