Pros

Highest paying of the dmh contract companies for outreach and residential employees. Other pro's include job security-you'll be stuck in the same job for years and years and years...they'll make sure of that.

Cons

The downside of working at Vinfen is the culture of disrespect into which you're swept. The cliquey culture of their organization breeds contempt between employees and a general distrust of co workers and supervisors. Forget HR, they are just the messenger and there to protect the company.

Great training department, and good values, though they don’t put much in practice.

Cons

Hiring practices don’t make sense. They hire tons of per diems for one unit but make one of them permanent, therefore taking over hours for the hired per diems. They have the worst communication I have ever seen in the workplace.
