Up close study of corporate dysfunction

Cons

Dysfunctional Toxic Culture. Top down corporation. Dumb down corporation. Nepotism, Cronyism, Racism, Bureaucracy, Bullies, Redundant, Superficial Paper MiIl. Poor technology. No respect and no support for severely overworked employees. Constantly moving employees around to unstable environments with numerous vacancies. Perpetually Scape Goating, brow beating employees and setting them up for failure. A horrible corporation and a horrible place to be for any length of time.

Great training department, and good values, though they don’t put much in practice.

Cons

Hiring practices don’t make sense. They hire tons of per diems for one unit but make one of them permanent, therefore taking over hours for the hired per diems. They have the worst communication I have ever seen in the workplace.
