My desk staff and I bonded over our anguish for working here.

Many managers lack the necessary qualifications and experience, often resorting to intimidation tactics. This has created a toxic work environment where micromanagement is rampant, stifling productivity. The culture of fear and control makes it difficult for employees to feel valued or motivated. It is a difficult place to work and not conducive to professional development.

Great training department, and good values, though they don’t put much in practice.

Cons

Hiring practices don’t make sense. They hire tons of per diems for one unit but make one of them permanent, therefore taking over hours for the hired per diems. They have the worst communication I have ever seen in the workplace.
