Bullying and Dishonest - Residential Counselor Vinfen Employee Review

Everything is unorganized managers like to bully their staff because they’re all in cliques. Reported a manager to HR 3 times and nothing came of it. Requested multiple transfers and was ignored. Reports of sexual harassment but no recourse, clients are difficult and if they make false claims the investigations usually favor the client. Management barely shows up to their program so they’re out of the loop and tries to dump their work on staff. Stressful, unprofessional and dishonest working place they don’t even try to help the clients they keep the client at baseline so they’re stay in their group homes as long as possible
