Inconsistent training by different staff. Poor hands on training. You have to train yourself & figure out the work yourself. They will consistently tell you to look at the training manual instead of shadowing you. Heavy workload. Management and team leads are not helpful. No wonder half of HIM department left at the same time. Communications is by email even you’re sitting next to your coworker. Poor management.
