Decent pay Some doctors are great to work with and very open to teaching Great learning experience for people who have interest in cardiology

Some doctors are extremely passive aggressive and would rather make you look awful in front or patients/coworkers as opposed to coaching you Hovering management No maternity leave policy as well as lack of understanding maternity leave policies, forcing employees to come in when on documented leave. High turnover rate.
