Decisions are made broadly by answering: What is best for the patient? What is best for our Radiologists? What is best for the long term success of the practice? In that order I appreciate that the organization sticks to their mission and is governed as such.

I wouldn't necessarily consider this a negative, but the organization is comfortable with making big changes if it is deemed to be the right decision.
