Pros

Good medical coverage which is on par for the silicon valley. Bonus package is reasonable if negotiated up front. Vacation accrual is fair. Good coworkers to deal with.

Cons

Poor management which can not make a decision on direction for the product group. Likes to blame subordinates for slow revenue performance. Isolates functions from other groups. Creates an atmosphere of disunity. Poor communication. Trivializes work that requires more time. Inconsistent levels of expectation from one week to the next. Inconsistent standards of work.
