Pros
Some very talented people work there. Good 401K match. Financially solvent, and transparent about financials at the division level. Leverages it's big corporate systems across multiple business units.
Cons
Big corporation with micromanagement at the top. Hiring of new employees had to go to the highest level of the organization. Slow at integrating acquisitions, but when they did, they selected the least consequential, most frustrating policies first.
