Poor management. Use old methods of teaching in this digital environment where things can be done more efficiently. Does not want to use available tools of communication. Very dated mindset and resistance to change. Too much emphasis on learning things quickly without obtaining employees feedback. After a while you will hit a roadblock. No room for career advancement. Don’t expect promotions. Moving out is better after couple of years.
