Not paid competitively to region - Manager Vishay Employee Review

Company does not pay competitively with the local region employees work, does not take into account cost of living in that region. Lots of red tape with no explanation for delay Managers have to go through a third person/point person vs going to the senior level manager directly. Creates a bottleneck and undue delays. Work long hours bringing excellent results to the business, no recognition to job done. No spot bonus. The performance is just meets.
