Pros

Not much pros here. Small company with bad benefits

Cons

You work your butt off but they treat you like a piece of trash and will get rid of you any time. They want you work hard including weekends but they will never care about you. Only 1 percent of 401k match and high medical premium and deductible.

Have to travel sometimes, but company pays expenses

Bosses are pretty good most of the time and the team is helpful

Cons

Too much work and firing out the team in a position where everyday is back to back fire after fire
