Pros

There are a handful of team players that want to see the company succeed - however the majority of them are not there anymore due to massive headcount reduction

Cons

There is no direction and company loves to be in a constant reactive state instead of being proactive. They are still using antiquated systems for their accounting and support environment which offers no true analytic capabilities for KPIs.

Too much work and firing out the team in a position where everyday is back to back fire after fire
