Pros
The only pro here were some of the people you work with and the tea/coffee availability.
Cons
No work-life balance. Employees are taken in a hire and fire approach. Even the senior level employees. Ungodly hours, no OT, asked to work on weekends, and the lowest compensation possible. No WFH facilities, even during COVID, no transportation, extreme pressure, last minute deadlines.
