The management favours those employees who they know personally. Management will not assign the job you are hired for. Managers are always judging their employees for no reason. HR team does not help in any way. They just reply "we will get back to you." Work is not challenging enough. Basically you are wasting your career working for this company. Compensation offered is comparatively low as opposed to other companies. All you get is false promises and lies!
