Toxic culture and tribal mentality - Anonymous employee Visionet Systems Employee Review

The CEO has the tribal mentality and has no knowledge of running a modern IT company. They got here in 45 years and out of which the majority growth happened in the 2-3 years only due to favorable market conditions. The environment is highly toxic and is majorly driven by the CEO. There is outright favoritism to a particular community (the employees know who I’m talking about). The culture is constantly stressful; the changes are not planned and happen at the whims and fancies of only the CEO.
