you never get any answers from so called HR Partners or people successs team. Emails are not answered for several weeks and it looks like employees are treated like dogs. They will not approve anything and it is becoming a jungle raj. No support and only bureacracy

no salary increment for Ops but all HR partners have received handsome appraisal for 0 contribution to business or people
