In my experience, the mentorship here is excellent. I've seen a strong collaborative culture where everyone supports each other. The company offers a chance to work on innovative, next-gen technologies, though the kind of work you get depends a lot on the project you're assigned to.
Cons
Not all managers you come across are ideal. There are a few individuals like that, but honestly, this happens everywhere. It's best to stay focused on your work and avoid getting caught up with such people.
