Pros
Interesting and important work, smart people, great culture and benefits, and you learn something new every day. Pick a random employee and they'll tell you how employee-focused Visionist is. You could work someplace else, and to be honest your job would probably be OK. But why work someplace just OK for a third of your life? I've never regretted working here for a second.
Cons
Not everyone gets to work in the office. Not a huge down-side, more just a fact of being a contractor.
