Pros
It's rewarding helping families in need.
Cons
Low pay for the workload. They will push you to work 24/7. No over time for "overnight" work. A 24 hour shift you get a base pay 125$. They say you will have a minimum of 8 hours at night off to sleep but that is not true. You are responsible for a human life the entire time you are working. You get up every moment they need any assistance or company.
