Pros
Flexible scheduling, regular performance raises, sweet clients, compassionate culture. They recognize and embody their principles. As an employee I feel valued, which allows me to focus on providing quality care for patients.
Cons
Communication could be better between the office, caregivers, and clients when there's a schedule change. For example, a client cancels for the day, and the caregiver doesn't receive a message letting them know, and we show up when we aren't needed.
