Pros
-Forgiving of mistakes -Make your own hours -Supervisor and office is on your side -Free to drop clients you don't get along with -Just 30 hours a week is full time and minimum for benefits -Would only recommend to a friend that is laid back and assertive, not for everyone
Cons
-No training -Office makes a lot of mistakes -Clients constantly need you to do things out of your job description. I had to clean cat litter boxes, clean human poop, figure out tech gadgets, train pets, and had to leave their house to go shopping for them (not allowed, but everyone does it) Luckily I Never had anyone in my car that wasn't allowed to be transported, that I would have refused, and I don't think anyone does that. -Lots of silly rules that don't make sense and are impossible to break if you want to get everything done -Some clients are just miserable and will bully you -Some clients are racist and will spew hate speech -Not enough time given to clean a whole place -Not enough money
