Pros
The environment feels friendly and fun, The internal staff works hard at what they do.
Cons
The environment is actually passive-aggressive. In a small office of around 12 people, you’ll quickly notice the high turnover—good people disappear suddenly and without real explanation. Management offers vague excuses like “they weren’t doing their job,” but the pattern becomes obvious over time. They bring in a business coach to create a high-pressure environment, forcing employees to give “constructive” feedback in front of Directors and Managers. Then, they use that feedback—no matter how diplomatic—as justification to fire people. This has been their practice for over a decade, earning them a reputation for “Bloody Monday,” when multiple people get let go. They’ll tell you you’re doing a great job right up until the moment they blindside you. One of the managers is immature, lacks life experience, and spends most of his time playing around while others work hard—benefiting from nepotism. The ED hides behind jokes, but in reality, he can be shockingly mean.
