Has seen growth year over year for many, many years. - Some leaders are real rockstar quality. Some leaders show a real focused attitude towards problem solving and person-to-person management.
Cons
- Across the organization people are adverse to change and are not flexible. New ideas are met with skepticism and shock. - Owner has not kept up with wider world of technological advancement or management. While company has been successful in its small niche, it is one technological disruption away from folding. - Recruitment strategy is non-existant. Teams grow in departments that are already large while others desperately need support. - Senior leadership often seems to be fighting each other leading to big decisions remaining left unmade until the last moment, meaning that those that work for them are left to pick up the slack.
