Pros
The employees at Vista are smart, friendly and diverse, creating a wonderful work community. The work culture encourages employees to work in the office, which creates a close-knit workplace, rather than one full of empty seats. Work-life balance is very good.
Cons
The company hierarchy is a problem. Political decisions seem to be made on a knee-jerk basis, and employees are laid off on a weekly basis, whether they be receptionist or company president. The owner of the company acts as absolute dictator, calling all the shots even down to the most minute technical decisions. Since there is no way for him to understand the intricacies of every area of technology, design, etc, his final decisions often work to sabotage the careful work of his employees.
