Pros

Excellent work environment, very relaxed even during crunch time, and you can bring your dog into work.

Cons

Terrible opportunities for upward movement, a lot of senior engineers are just there to collect a paycheck with minimum work, and dogmatic management.

Good employer with a fun workplace. Lots of events, fun place to work, in a great area.

Cons

Lack of advancement for Juniors to move into Mid level and Mid level to move into Senior positions. Plan to stay in the same role you apply to until you leave the company.
