Pros

There are some very talented and passionate people working in the trenches. Flexible work hours. Free soda.

Cons

No support or direction, especially when you start. Crunch is almost year round. No career development whatsoever. (GDC is 30 miles away but in my 3 years no one was sent). Upper management absolutely plays favorites. Seniority, experience, and great reviews don't mean anything when layoffs happen. I worked insane hours and provided huge benefits and overall improvements to Visual Concepts/2K Sports, yet this was by far the most thankless job I've ever had.

Good employer with a fun workplace. Lots of events, fun place to work, in a great area.

Cons

Lack of advancement for Juniors to move into Mid level and Mid level to move into Senior positions. Plan to stay in the same role you apply to until you leave the company.
