Relative to the rest of the industry, Visual Concepts can provide longer than average periods of employment. There are many employees that have been at the company for over 15 years. Good benefits package.

Cons

A sport game might not be the most creative environment that an artist can work in.

Good employer with a fun workplace. Lots of events, fun place to work, in a great area.

Cons

Lack of advancement for Juniors to move into Mid level and Mid level to move into Senior positions. Plan to stay in the same role you apply to until you leave the company.
