Chaotic, toxic environment, poor leadership , low morale , unrealistic uncommunicated expectations , nursing staff shortages , 4 nurses left first month there.
Orientation, training poor , no preceptor or mentor available even though there was supposed to be one, caseloads too high. EMR cumbersome, first 90 days trial period cant use pto, if they don’t like you or the job you’re doing the will asdss assault you with video calls with middle mgmnt , harass , intimidate , shame you , and will fire you. Would bot recommend as an employer or hospice agency to anyone .
