Pros

The commission and compensation plan is comparable to other companies in the industry.

Cons

If you are looking for good culture, stability and a leadership team you can count on...RUN. VitalCaring has none of these things. This company has a complete "Ghost Culture" so be careful and don't fall for it. The culture plastered all over the walls, mission statement and corporate hoorah events, doesn't exist. The current team feels unstable and pressured for growth when they operationally cannot service and handle what is demanded. It is a dictatorship environment where you are given your marching orders and if you even think about asking a question or stepping out of line they will terminate you without cause. The turnover rate is atrocious. April Anthony, CEO, believes her name is all that is needed to demand business from referral sources. Her ego is unmatched...What's the famous saying? Pride comes before a fall. The drama in the corporate office is palpable, I have never experienced a "Home Office" filled with so much unease. You cannot trust a single person because everyone in the "home office" is out for themselves. April and Alice Townsend, CGO, have fostered an environment filled with tension, pitting everyone against each other while stoking the flames for sport. If you don't believe me, just google the news. You are not found guilty in a court of law for misconduct and breaches of fiduciary duties in multiple states for nothing. The carefully curated image the company has attempted to create is all smoke and mirrors. One by one the bricks are falling. So enter if you dare but watch out for the knife in your back, they have deadly aim.

Pros

Not one positive comment at all

Cons

Company acquisition x2 Chaotic, toxic environment, poor leadership , low morale , unrealistic uncommunicated expectations , nursing staff shortages , 4 nurses left first month there. Orientation, training poor , no preceptor or mentor available even though there was supposed to be one, caseloads too high. EMR cumbersome, first 90 days trial period cant use pto, if they don’t like you or the job you’re doing the will asdss assault you with video calls with middle mgmnt , harass , intimidate , shame you , and will fire you. Would bot recommend as an employer or hospice agency to anyone .
