Thankful to work with a team that is compassionate and trustworthy when it comes to our patients. I live by a motto that has always stuck with me and love that it applies to the company I am now with, "The capable do more". That motto means that if we are capable to do what is needed we will achieve whatever it is and more. Vital Caring shows that everyday in how proactive we are with our patients, their families, and each other as team-mates. I believe every nurse and medical professional has a calling to do what it is we do and that because it is a calling we never "work" a day in our lives. Vital Caring does everything they can to support and bring out the best in their employees. That is my experience and I look forward to the many opportunities and blessings to come.
