They fail to hold people accountable. If you bring up others lack of work, they turn you into the bad guy. Doing the work of 2-3 people is not good enough for them. If you don't have a voice and pass work on to other's, you will thrive apparently. HR will not actually listen to what you have to say and will choose to take in what supervisors have to say because they dont want their region to look bad. They can't keep people working long term and the minute you point out the problem, you become their problem. Lazy leadership, who lie their way through the job.
