Cons

- Turn Over in Leadership/Management which doesn't affect the Engineering department. - Less than industry standard for PTO/Sick Days (Same bucket) - No formal performance reviews, discussion of role/compensation increases. - No Offered Paternity Leave

The leadership team is very engaging. The people at VivSoft are welcoming and always willing to help with any issues that may arise. It is a true team-oriented culture. VivSoft offers excellent benefits, along with many opportunities for learning and career growth.

Cons

Had trouble because certain times of the year are more hectic than others. Increase engagement to encourage employees to take advantage of continuing education opportunities.

Cons

Managers lie, 1 can even leave work all the time for zero reason, skip Fridays, accrues leave then leaves again. Racist bully protected even as they use government equipment to do the bullying, low pay, almost no manager support.
