Pros
Company vehicle, gas card, tools, IPad, working without supervision. Everyday is different you never know who you might meet or what situation your going to run into.
Cons
Unorganized corporate decision making. Policies change week to week. Call center and sales people create alot of problems for field service technicians. They tell customer misinformation and even lies but are not held accountable like field service which is the face of the company. No work-life balance especially after the recent switch to 5 days instead of 4. We are now working more hours and on top of 5 days. Also no possibilities of advancement unless you relocate.
