Pros
Meal tickets and company-wide activities are Ok. There are many internal openings. There is a large knowledge base that makes your job easier. There’s free soda and coffee.
Cons
The Customer service area is kind of like a sweatshop. Is hard to develop a sense of belonging when you don’t even get a designated desk. Many processes are different depending who you talk to and leadership seems to be like a retirement program position that doesn’t really glow a “we’re in this together” attitude. Ultimately customers pay the price with long hold times and lack of ownership on issues that they need help with.
