Pros

Non, Vivint only caters to the people who work on campus giving them free meals a and drinks etc. Work from home you make a lousy $11.00 an hour. From Dec. `17 they promised up until Feb 2018 all tier 2 should get raises. Nothing ever happened about that.

Cons

Low Pay, although I was in tier 2 their phone lines kept breaking and sending people all over the LVR system. It was horrible I would get complaining customer after customer cursing me out about their crumby service that only works once in a while. The doorbell camera and outdoor cameras never stayed connected to anyone's network no matter what package they had from their ISP. This company should pack it up. Although I was supposedly hired for tech support I would get billing calls repeatedly and people complaining they hated the service.
