Meal tickets 120 UTO (unpaid time off) Some supervisors

Cons

Their unrealistic idea that it's okay to have a customer on hold for 40 minutes and the reps are taking back to back calls continuously while getting yelled at for just waiting 40 minutes to speak with us. The equipment is garbage and is always having issues They give you 120 hrs of UTO-but everyone applies so quickly that you have to be one of the first 5 people to apply to get it approved--- 5 months in advance. Their attendance policy is terrible and they will fire you , without even blinking.

Pros

Great company, lots of perks! The schedule is consistent; busy and slow seasons make the work predictable. There is always something to do, so if you like to stay busy, then this position is great for you. The team is relatively small, so everyone is close!

Cons

No growth opportunities. Seems like the 1Stop department in general gets pushed to the side; there is no recognition for the work you do.
