Pros

Good perks, good pay if you aren't in the call center, reasonable benefits, Todd and Alex are great leaders.

Cons

Layoffs due to poor leadership and decision making, health insurance leaves something to be desired, feels like they are trying to get rid of as many employees as possible using any method they can, stop treating your call center as an after thought or an annoying expense, internally things have changed to be fear based, no transparency, VP's are disorganized and trigger happy.

Pros

Great company, lots of perks! The schedule is consistent; busy and slow seasons make the work predictable. There is always something to do, so if you like to stay busy, then this position is great for you. The team is relatively small, so everyone is close!

Cons

No growth opportunities. Seems like the 1Stop department in general gets pushed to the side; there is no recognition for the work you do.
