Pros

4 10hr work days with 3 days off , 20 percent commission on anything you sell over what was ordered

Cons

This company is horribley organized, no one in administration knows what they’re doing ( typical left hand does know what the right hand is doing situation , even though they’re supposed to be working together) . Equipment that you install rarely works like it’s supposed to so you’re constantly apologizing to customers and having to assure them that you fixed the issue even though you know for a fact that it’s going to do the same thing shortly after you leave. Terrible customer service which customers are constantly complaining about and you are constantly apologizing for it. They’re time off police is a joke, time off is accumulated but there is no sick time and a strict no unpaid time off policy so if you call out sick and haven’t accumulated enough pto to cover it you are fired. Vivint has no loyalty towards its customers and especially none towards it employees.

Pros

There is free lunch on site, which is usually just a hamburger, or some sort of shredded meat on rice and beans.

Cons

There is increasing amounts of corporate red tape personal biases which have killed the innovative culture. Getting things like a half decent computer are near impossible. There is more and more pressure to take quality shortcuts in order to make cheaper devices to hawk to customers.
