Not a bad company, not a great one either - Smart Home Professional Vivint Employee Review

Pros

Their starting pay can be above average. They provide you with a vehicle, all tools and supplies, a phone and tablet and 5 weeks paid training.

Cons

Sometimes you can find your self out very late if the jobs don't go according to plan. They force metrics on you that are completely out of your control. You're expected to live and breathe Vivint at all times for the good of the company. You're pushed to expand the company in any way you can, particularly by selling new accounts (they do compensate you for new account sales, but it looks bad if you don't sell them regularly). Team Trainers, "squad leaders", and "safety champions" don't get any increased pay for their roles.
