Pros

commision, work vehicle, gas card, tools provided

Cons

told it was not a sales position and they are now forcing sales upon technicians. Threatining writeups if you do not get any. get stuck at a service call and you are on your own. reach out to manager on a weekend shift and he gets upset that you needed to disturb him even though hes the only one who can access certain things. customers take out anger on you deal with the lies that sales people from utah have told customers and your standing in their house looking like an idiot. constantly putting more metrics and standards on techs but none on any other entity of the company. uncomfortable work shirt for techs while corporate positons wear anything that they want. management wants you to do things on your days off, such as accepting part transfers or getting equipment to other technicians. list goes on...

Pros

Great company, lots of perks! The schedule is consistent; busy and slow seasons make the work predictable. There is always something to do, so if you like to stay busy, then this position is great for you. The team is relatively small, so everyone is close!

Cons

No growth opportunities. Seems like the 1Stop department in general gets pushed to the side; there is no recognition for the work you do.
