Pros
great work culture, onsite training, personal and professional growth opportunities,Flexible schedules, Competitive pay scale, benefits, onsite cafeteria, gym and basketball court, onsite medical clinic, easy lateral moves - if you do not like the job you are in they are really good about helping you find another department to make a lateral move to, great management.
Cons
The hype from management and recruiters are not always accurate - times frames for moving up, some of the benefits are only available at certain times (the cafeteria for instance), small infractions affect your standing within the company with a greater weight than great service. if you work in the call center you are micro-managed a lot (but this is a true statement with any call center)
