-The technology was one of the first of its kind. - good work environment -opportunity to significantly increase pay -awesome contests and competitions between stores
Cons
The only but extremely significant downside was how abruptly and without warning they let me go. There was never any discussion about eliminating the position I filled and one morning as I was getting ready to leave for work I received a call telling me my position no longer exists and to not worry about coming into work. They mentioned the company would pay unemployment benefits and that I could receive information on counseling. My store had just won a company wide contest as well so I wasn't performing poorly. Loss of that job eventually made me lose my apt.
