      Pros

      Excellent compensation and work-life balance, great upper management with a positive work environment.

      Cons

      The company ran into legal trouble in the US, which ended in the company being sold in Canada and the US, which led to me being laid off. Work orders sometimes lacked enough information to take care of customers properly.
