Referrals required - Monitoring Specialist Vivint Employee Review

The cons I would say (for me at least) is that when I signed up I did not want to have to be required to have any sort of sales pitch. So when I found out I was required to give referrals after finding out an alarm was false, I was disappointed, it felt off-putting cause I feel like most people already don’t want to talk to you and it makes them feel like that they are only a way for Vivint to make more off them and not someone you care about
